Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the TruQs platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TruQs.in Logistics Intelligence Pvt. Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the TruQs platform (truqs.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
2. Use of the Platform
TruQs provides a logistics intelligence platform that connects shippers, transporters, and freight agents. You agree to: • Use the platform only for lawful purposes • Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and listings • Not impersonate any person or entity • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform • Not use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content • Comply with all applicable Indian laws including the IT Act, 2000
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Listings and Content
Users may post transporter listings, freight requirements, and other content on TruQs. By posting content, you: • Grant TruQs a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the platform • Confirm that you have the right to post such content • Agree that TruQs may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law TruQs does not verify the accuracy of all user-submitted content and is not responsible for errors or omissions in listings.
5. Transporter Verification
TruQs conducts verification checks on transporter profiles using available public records and user-submitted documents. However: • Verification does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of service quality • Shippers are advised to conduct their own due diligence before engaging transporters • TruQs is not a party to any freight contract between shippers and transporters
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TruQs shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform • Loss of freight, cargo damage, or delivery failures between platform users • Inaccuracies in market rate data or route intelligence information • Service interruptions or technical failures Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TruQs in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the TruQs platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by TruQs.in Logistics Intelligence Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the platform or by email. Continued use of TruQs after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
